This review will be about the Makeup Revolution London's Redemption Palette: Essential Day to Night. Makeup Revolution is a company launched in March 2014 in London. It's very affordable and everything it has is very pigmented. One of the best companies with affordable makeup out there! It has eyeshadow palettes, blush palettes, contouring palettes, lipsticks, nail polishes, makeup brushes and everything you could think of! It has dupes of a lot of famous companies like Urban decay, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Too faced and a lot more. Now lets get to the palette :D

                                         

  

 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: 

Makeup Revolution London presents this ‘Day to Night Redemption Palette Essential’, which will help you make your eyes look dramatic and even more beautiful. Non-greasy and long-lasting, this eye shadow palette will become your instant favorite. 

Okay, it did become my instant favorite as it was my first eyeshadow palette ever and I fell in love with it after seeing the pigmentation of the it! The packaging however, isn't that attractive or great. It has a plastic body and comes with a sponge applicator. But hey, i'm not complaining 'cause im getting a great palette for only $6!

The shades in it are shimmery and glittery type. It doesn't have matt shades in it which was kind of a disappointment because I was expecting the first 3 to be matt :c This palette is great for smokey eyes, or any light day looks.

1 to 6 are day shades and 7 to 12 are night shades. I would use 12 as day shade too!  

The coppper shade (4), purple (8) and teal (12) are my favorites! The shadows are a bit powdery, but if you use a primer, then they stay all day and do not crease. It was only 950 pkr and I got it from daraz.pk. If you're in pakistan you can get this from reforma.pk, daraz.pk or the makeup revolution website, as they ship worldwide :D

FINAL VERDICT: 

If you're a beginner then I would suggest that you go for it 'cause you ain't gonna get a palette better than this at this price. I love everything about it, the pigmentation, quantity and quality. Would buy again for sure ^_^

Oriflame Blackhead Clearing Mask Review

Hi, everyone, so today I'm gonna write about the positive's and the negative's of blackhead mask. So lets be real, as being teenagers we all have experienced acne, pimples, open pores and blemishes but the worst one is blackhead. Tiny black spots living under your nose.

Lets get started, first the positives, they are handy they don't take much space in your make-up bag and they are perfect for travelling. The mask takes 5 minutes to work on your stubborn blackheads. It only took 3-4 weeks to completely clear my nose. It is alcohol free and because of that it is suitable for all skin types.


                                       



Now lets talk about the negatives, first its way too pricey, the price of this product is Rs. 649/- and it has a burning sensation, when I applied the mask for the very first time I almost cried, but when you get used to it you don't feel it at all. And the thing that pisses me most about this product is that it's not available locally. To buy products of Oriflame, you first have to apply for membership and then and only then you can buy their products.




SO, final words, this is a really great product and would recommend to everyone.

Avon Mega Effects Mascara review

Whenever I see something small and cute, I buy it! So when I first laid eyes on Avon mega effects mascara, I knew I had to buy it. Don’t wanna bore you so I am going to keep this review short and descriptive.

 The thing that attracted me the most was the packaging. The adjustable handle and the pink color is just too cute! Plus, its pocket sized and won’t take a lot of space in your makeup bag. 

Now coming to the pigmentation and application. Pigment is very black, which for me is really nice because I've jet black lashes and the mascara mixes in with my lashes really good. 

The handle makes it a lot easier to apply and the applicator allows you to get deep down into your lash line. This is that ONE mascara I didn't poke my eye with! The formula adds a lot of thickness to my lashes but not that much of length.

 As you can see, it doesn't give a clumpy look, which is because of the brush, which, separates my lashes and pushes them apart and fans them out making my lashes look natural and gorgeous. 

It adds volume to my lashes but doesn't lengthens it.

Avon Mega Effects mascara's smell, unlike other standard mascaras, is not too strong. But like any other beauty product, this mascara has its cons too. For starters, the lid of the mascara falls off all the time and because of this my mascara dried out in 2-3 weeks. This was really disappointing as I really liked this mascara. Secondly, we don’t get Avon products in Pakistan so its not available locally.

FINAl VERDICT: Due to the fast drying problem, probably not gonna buy it again. But if this wasnt an issue i would have bought it again, as its very cheap compared to other famous brands (price is around $5-10). Wouldn't recommend it but if you dont have a problem with the dying then go for it as it has a really good formula that gives you a natural look with thicker lashes and doesnt look clumpy at all.
