Hi, friends, so today I'm going to talk about a book which truly is amazing as it says on the cover.
The authors of the book are Dan Howell and Phil Lester, the two amazing British YouTuber and vlogger (I'll put their channel name and the website from where I bought this below)

This book is a great time killer, but the negative of this book is that it's a little expensive compared to other books written by YouTubers.  

 

Honestly this book is filled with great, wacky and crazy stuff. They even showed us how to draw the perfect whiskers. I'm not gonna talk much about this book 'cause I want you to buy it and read it, but I'll just write the reason why you should buy this one. REASONS: 

1. The time they met ONE DIRECTION at BBC RADIO 1 TEEN AWARDS.

2. The time they visited Japan.

3. They're just crazy!!!!!!

DIY Eyeliner Stencil

      Now get the perfect winged eyeliner!

This one's for all those who cant get their wing right (like me). Well, fear no more, I've got the perfect DIY for y'all :D. These DIY eyeliner stencils are really easy to make and they work! And it only takes 10-15 mins to make. So let's get started c: 


 Things you will need:

I used a toothpaste box

1. Business card or anything that can bend but is thicker than paper. You can even use a toothpaste or biscuit box.
2. Tape
3. Pencil or a pen
4. Scale
5. Scissors

Here's how you do it:

Firstly, you need to cut the card or box you're using into little squares or rectangle 

Then put the card on your eye and make a mark at the inner and outer corners of your eye. Be careful while doing this and don't poke your eye with the card!!

Now sketch the desired eyeliner shape and cut it out.

Use the tape to wrap the card and then cut out the excess. This part is really important it you want to reuse the stencil. As the tape prevents the eyeliner to get on the card. You can easily wipe out the product after every use.

Now that you've finished making the stencil, it's time to try it out! :D

Close your eye and carefully place the stencil on your eyelid. Now fill in with gel liner and voila! (you can also use other liners but gel works better with this) 

I made 2 more stencils with smaller wings for everyday use.

This is what happens to the stencil if you don't tape it :p

I used mascara to finish the look.

 The stencil i used for the next look is a bit different from the ones above. For this one i only cut out the wing and then used liner to finish off the look and some mascara of course ;)

 

These are the two stencils I made with only the wing. They work perfectly too.

The total stencils i made but only did a look with 3 of them 'cause i was lazy :$

And that's it! So easy-peasy :D I hope you all try this and don't hesitate to play around with the shapes or the thickness of the liner. Make it as dramatic as you want. You can also use these to put eye shadow :D

Oriflame Blackhead Clearing Mask Review

Hi, everyone, so today I'm gonna write about the positive's and the negative's of blackhead mask. So lets be real, as being teenagers we all have experienced acne, pimples, open pores and blemishes but the worst one is blackhead. Tiny black spots living under your nose.

Lets get started, first the positives, they are handy they don't take much space in your make-up bag and they are perfect for travelling. The mask takes 5 minutes to work on your stubborn blackheads. It only took 3-4 weeks to completely clear my nose. It is alcohol free and because of that it is suitable for all skin types.


                                       



Now lets talk about the negatives, first its way too pricey, the price of this product is Rs. 649/- and it has a burning sensation, when I applied the mask for the very first time I almost cried, but when you get used to it you don't feel it at all. And the thing that pisses me most about this product is that it's not available locally. To buy products of Oriflame, you first have to apply for membership and then and only then you can buy their products.




SO, final words, this is a really great product and would recommend to everyone.

Avon Mega Effects Mascara review

Whenever I see something small and cute, I buy it! So when I first laid eyes on Avon mega effects mascara, I knew I had to buy it. Don’t wanna bore you so I am going to keep this review short and descriptive.

 The thing that attracted me the most was the packaging. The adjustable handle and the pink color is just too cute! Plus, its pocket sized and won’t take a lot of space in your makeup bag. 

Now coming to the pigmentation and application. Pigment is very black, which for me is really nice because I've jet black lashes and the mascara mixes in with my lashes really good. 

The handle makes it a lot easier to apply and the applicator allows you to get deep down into your lash line. This is that ONE mascara I didn't poke my eye with! The formula adds a lot of thickness to my lashes but not that much of length.

 As you can see, it doesn't give a clumpy look, which is because of the brush, which, separates my lashes and pushes them apart and fans them out making my lashes look natural and gorgeous. 

It adds volume to my lashes but doesn't lengthens it.

Avon Mega Effects mascara's smell, unlike other standard mascaras, is not too strong. But like any other beauty product, this mascara has its cons too. For starters, the lid of the mascara falls off all the time and because of this my mascara dried out in 2-3 weeks. This was really disappointing as I really liked this mascara. Secondly, we don’t get Avon products in Pakistan so its not available locally.

FINAl VERDICT: Due to the fast drying problem, probably not gonna buy it again. But if this wasnt an issue i would have bought it again, as its very cheap compared to other famous brands (price is around $5-10). Wouldn't recommend it but if you dont have a problem with the dying then go for it as it has a really good formula that gives you a natural look with thicker lashes and doesnt look clumpy at all.
